John Adams serves as the President of Adams, Cameron & Co. He is a native of the Daytona Beach area and attended Seabreeze and Father Lopez High Schools. He went on to Florida State University where he majored in Business Management with an emphasis in Information Systems. Later, he obtained an Executive Masters of Business Admin from the Kellogg School of Business. John spent six years with Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting organization. John later moved to an international role based in Atlanta before spending six years as the Chief Operating Officer of CoolSavings, Inc. John is happy to be back in Ormond Beach with his wife Rene and son.

Renee Rau is a full-time Residential and Commercial Realtor. Her primary goal is to provide expert advice, excellent customer service, and to achieve the best possible outcome for clients. Daytona Beach is her hometown and she has a deep connection to the area. Prior to her career in real estate, she served as a Park Ranger for over 15 years, managing the natural and cultural resources within Florida State Parks. This path allowed her to travel throughout the state and experience many beautiful and unique places as well as participate in various aspects of land management and acquisition on behalf of the State of Florida. 

Gina Sweringen was born and raised here in Volusia County.  She holds a Master's degree in business and a certification in pricing, and is known for her level of commitment and deep knowledge of the local market.  When not selling real estate, you can find her on the water! Fishing and boating have been a part of  Gina's life since she was a child. Her father and grandmother spent many nights on Orange Avenue bridge  showing her the ropes and now, as an adult, she's blessed to have her fiancé, Brock, and son, Will who love to fish alongside her! 

Jeff Bransford has lived in Victoria Hills in DeLand, Florida since 2013. During a former career him and his wife lived in Tampa, FL and several other cities in the United States and the United Kingdom. He has more than four decades' real estate related business experience. 

Priscilla Chanfrau is a seventh generation Florida native and has five generations of family in Volusia County.  She loves and knows our Community very well. She was born at Halifax Health Hospital, is a graduate from Seabreeze High School and Florida State University with a BS degree in Fashion Merchandising and Business.  She has also lived and worked in New York City, Boston, Atlanta, Tampa, London and Florence, Italy.  With a varied background in marketing, selling, networking and raising money for nonprofits, the key to her success is that she loves people and wants to make a difference in their lives.  She is committed to helping people find that perfect new home or receive the best value for the home they are selling. She is vested in our community and continues to serve on several local boards to try to help our community be a better place to live.  

Ryan Adams takes great pride in selling real estate in the area where he was born and raised. Whether introducing a newcomer to the wonderful features of our area or helping an old friend buy or sell, real estate is his passion. He is involved with Ormond Beach Rotary Club, Outward Bound, Ormond Moose Lodge, Harley Owners Group (Daytona Chapter), Daytona Beach Quarterback Club, and enjoys boating, fishing, hunting, motorcycling, and selling real estate.

Trish Curley, originally from upstate NY, visited Florida in 1987 and never left.  She has over 30 years of banking experience, holding management positions in operations, sales and service and mortgage lending. Trish joined Adams Cameron Title Services in 2021 as Office Manager and was named President in January 2025. Trish is honored to serve as a board member of the Adams Cameron Foundation.

Michelle Ellis was born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina.  She lived in several states before finding her forever home in Florida 13 years ago.  Happily married to her husband David for 20 years, Michelle loves helping clients find the perfect place to call home. Giving back to her community is important to her and she proudly supports our Adams Cameron foundation as well as the local Special Olympics and other charitable groups.
